Please donate now to help us continue our vital mental health work with LGBTQ communities

Your donation could help save a life.
Your gift will help us deliver vital mental health services to the LGBTQ community.

Our services help to reduce suicidal distress, reduce social isolation and improve the mental wellbeing of LGBTQ people in Brighton and Hove.

MindOut has been a lifeline for me. I really don’t believe that I would still be alive today without the support I get from my peer support group. It’s the one place in life where I am able to be open about how I feel, without judgement and without the need to explain or apologise for how I sometimes feel.

How your donations can help

£20 pays for one hour of counselling for an individual.

£50 will give someone in suicidal distress access to life saving crisis support.

£100 will pay for a peer support group session
