If you are struggling with the pressures of life in a Covid/Lockdown world and would like to talk this through with other people feeling the same, then please do get in touch.
We will be running:
Lockdown/Covid themed workshops
- Loneliness and isolation
- Managing fear and anxiety
- Self-care and staying safe
Lockdown/Covid peer support groups
The first, is a drop-in that will follow the above workshops and will continue with the theme for reflection and peer support
The second, is a fixed membership peer support group, running for 9 weeks
The workshops will take place on Thursdays from 4pm – 4:30pm, followed by the peer support groups from 4:30pm – 5:30.
