*New* Peer Support Groups coming in December

poster-collage-october-2016

MindOut runs several mental health peer support groups for LGBTQ people throughout the year. We have an “open group” which runs as a drop in. We also have “themed groups” which are not drop-in, they will always have the same people each week.

In December our themed groups will be changing. We will be running the following groups:

A BAME Group: a peer support group for people who identify as LGBTQ and are part of the Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic community and have concerns about their mental health

Under 30s group: a peer support group for LGBTQ people with concerns about their mental health who are between 18 and 30 years old

Work It Out: a peer support group for LGBTQ people who are in work and dealing with mental health concerns

Out of the Blue: a peer support group for LGBTQ people who are having or have had suicidal thoughts

If you are interested in any of these groups and would like to join, or you would like to know a bit more about how they work, please contact us: [email protected] or call 01273 234 839
