Mindfulness and Sleep Matters Workshops Coming Up!

MindOut has two new mental health workshops coming up: a one day Mindfulness Workshop and a one day Sleep Matters Workshop.

Sleep Matters Workshop

Saturday 29th July 10am – 2pm

in central Brighton

A workshop for LGBTQ people who experience a difficult relationship with sleep, the workshop will facilitate a safe space to share our experience and talk about the issue of sleep and look at ideas and strategies that might help.





Mindfulness Workshop

Saturday 19th August

in central Brighton

A Mindfulness session run by Sheila Roche.   All LGBTQ people welcome, new and experienced practitioners alike.  Sheila will guide a session of Mindfulness practices and there will be time for questions/discussion and light refreshments.
