Do you like cooking for friends? Do you like eating food cooked by friends? You are in luck as MindOut is launching a new fundraising initiative that will tantalise your taste buds.
MindOut will be running a workshop on January 30th for LGBTQ people from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds to talk about mental health and wellbeing.

We have created an information sheet about MindOut and the services we provide that is now available in Arabic, Farsi, Bengali, Mandarin and Polish. These are available to read on the site or to download and print. Find them HERE on our resources page.
